Team performance reports
The Analytics tab on the Home dashboard is where you monitor what your team is actually doing day to day - outreach volume, phone and SMS quality, and investor vetting progress. It's the report you pull in a weekly team meeting.
Open it from Home > Analytics.
The 8 KPIs
Each card shows the current value plus a trend arrow vs. the prior period:
- Manual outreach. Total touches sent by humans (not automations).
- Vetted investors. Count of investors moved into Vetted during the window.
- Avg call duration. Rough proxy for conversation quality - under a minute usually means you're hitting voicemail or bad numbers.
- Opt-outs. Investors who replied STOP to SMS or unsubscribed from email. High number = list hygiene or copy problem.
- Calls made. Total outbound calls attempted.
- Call pickups. Connected calls. Dividing pickups by calls made gives your connect rate.
- SMS sent. Total outbound SMS.
- SMS replies. Replies received. Dividing replies by sent gives your reply rate.
Trends above each KPI let you see directional change at a glance without opening a separate report.
Filtering by agent
The Agent dropdown filters every KPI and the activity feed to a single team member (or shows all agents combined). Use it to:
- Compare a single rep's output against the team average
- Check activity for a specific new hire during their first 30 days
- Identify whether one rep is carrying a disproportionate share of volume
Date range
Pick the date range with the date-range picker. The default is the last 30 days. Every card recalculates for the selected window.
The activity feed
Below the KPIs, a paginated real-time feed shows actual team actions as they happen:
- Scheduled walkthroughs (with investor, property, time)
- Investor vetting events
- Calls logged (with duration and disposition)
- Offers added or updated
- Phone number corrections (replacing bad numbers)
- Prospect uploads and list imports
The feed is searchable and paginated. Click any row to jump to the underlying record.
How to run a weekly team review
A clean 15 minute review:
- Set the date-range picker to the last 7 days.
- Scan the 8 KPIs for anything off baseline.
- Filter by each agent and spot-check the activity feed for outliers - a day with zero calls, a burst of opt-outs, a cluster of failed number corrections.
- Agree on one lever per rep for the next week (more calls, better SMS copy, list hygiene).
