Public listing pages

Every listing in Covent has a public detail page you can share with anyone - they don't need a Covent account to view it. This article covers what's on that page and how to share it.

What it includes

• Photo gallery. All media you've uploaded to the listing.
• Property details. Address, beds/baths/sqft, year built, lot size.
• Price and terms. Asking price, offer requirements, contingencies you want to disclose.
• Investment metrics. ARV, repair estimate, projected returns - whatever you've filled into the Listing tab.
• Contact form. Investors can submit interest or make an offer directly.
• Your branding. Logo, primary color, company name if you've set them in Settings > Branding.

Sharing

From the listing header, click Share:

• Copy link. Paste it anywhere - Slack, email, SMS, a forum post.
• Copy QR code. For printed showing packets or yard signs.

Custom domain

If you've set up a custom domain (Settings > Branding > DNS Setup), public listing URLs use your domain - e.g., deals.yourcompany.com/123-main-st instead of the Covent default URL.

SEO and indexing

Public listing pages are indexable by search engines by default. If you don't want a specific listing indexed - for example on an off-market deal - there's a Hide from search option per-listing.

What investors can do

• View the listing
• Submit the contact form (responses land in your Inbox, tied to the listing)
• Share the link forward (it still works for anyone who receives it)

What investors can't do

• See internal notes, comps, analytics, or your campaign history
• See other investors who have viewed the listing
