The property detail page

Clicking a property from search results or a map marker opens the property detail page. It pulls together everything Covent knows about a specific address into one view.

Property specs

• Address and GPS location
• Property type (SFR, duplex, multifamily, etc.)
• Beds, baths, square footage
• Year built
• Lot size
• Tax assessment value

Map

An interactive map with the property pinned, zoomable out to see the neighborhood context.

Ownership

The current owner, with:

• Entity type badge (LLC, trust, individual)
• Link to the owner's investor profile (if they're tracked in Covent)
• Mailing address on record
• Any related entities in the same company group

Price history

A chronological timeline of sales and listing activity:

• Purchase dates and prices
• Active listings (with current asking price)
• Failed or expired listings
• Estimated current value

Useful for quickly assessing whether a property is a buy opportunity or not worth deeper analysis.

Investment metrics

When available, an estimated ARV, rough repair estimate, and a quick deal-potential score - a fast filter before you dig into full comp analysis.

Linking to a listing

If you've already marketed this property in Covent, there's a link from the property detail page to the listing. Conversely, from a listing, you can jump to the underlying property detail page.
