Adding notes and internal reviews
Call recordings and SMS history capture what was said, but not always what it meant. Use notes and reviews to capture interpretation, next steps, and context that isn't obvious from the raw transcript.
Quick notes
On any investor profile, open the Notes tab and type. Notes are saved automatically and visible to everyone on your team. Good notes are short and actionable:
- "Only buying off-market in Tampa under $300k."
- "Prefers text. Don't call before 10am."
- "Said they'd commit on this deal by Friday. Follow up Thursday."
Call dispositions
When a call ends, the dialer prompts you for a disposition (connected, voicemail, bad number, not interested, etc.) and optional notes. These attach to the call log and show up on the investor's Reviews tab. Disposition tagging is what makes pipeline analytics useful later - take two seconds to tag every call.
Why internal reviews matter
In a team environment, the rep who makes the first call usually isn't the rep who closes the deal. Good notes are the handoff. They also prevent awkward moments where two reps are calling the same investor about the same deal without knowing it.
