Map-based prospecting
The Prospecting map in Investors > Prospecting is the fastest way to find investors by geography. Every active investor with property activity in your target area appears as a marker on the map.
Searching a location
Type an address, city, ZIP code, or APN into the search bar. The map animates to the area and populates markers for matching investors. You can also click the map icon in the search bar to drop a pin manually.
Adjusting the search area
You have two tools for shaping the search area:
- Radius slider. Expand or contract a circular search around your pin. Useful for "everyone within 10 miles of this deal".
- Custom polygon. Click Draw to trace a custom boundary around neighborhoods or subdivisions. Useful when your target area isn't a clean circle - for example, "everything east of the highway".
Reading the markers
Markers show properties linked to investor activity. Use the price overlay toggle in the top-right to switch between:
- Buy - recent purchase prices
- Sell - recent sale prices
- Rent - rental listings
- Ratio - rent-to-price or buy-to-sell ratios
Hovering a marker shows the property summary. Clicking it opens a full detail card with the owner and related investor entities.
Past searches
Every search is saved to Past searches on the Prospecting home screen. Click one to jump straight back to that area with the same filters applied.
Turning results into action
Once you're happy with an area, use the Filters panel and Results panel to refine the investor list, then:
- Add matched investors to a campaign
- Export the list as CSV
- Reveal available contact information
- Mark investors as Vetted or Follow-up
