Reading an investor profile
Click any investor's name in Prospecting, Follow-up, or Vetted to open their profile. The profile is where every piece of intelligence you have about that investor lives.
Header
The header shows the investor's name, entity type badge (LLC, corporation, trust, individual), and primary contact info. If the investor is part of a larger company group (multiple related entities), the company name appears here too.
Profile tab
The default tab. It contains:
- Aliases and other known names
- Mailing addresses
- All known phone numbers and emails
- Strategy and operating markets
- Buy box (price range, property type, rehab budget)
- Internal status (Follow-up, Vetted, skipped, etc.)
- Connected entities — a section near the bottom that lists any related LLCs, trusts, or partnerships this investor operates under. Properties across those entities roll up into the Portfolio tab.
Portfolio tab
Every property linked to this investor's entities, with:
- Purchase date and price
- Current estimated value
- Property type and address
- A holdings breakdown by strategy (flips vs rentals vs wholesale)
Reviews tab
Past interactions you or your team have logged with this investor — calls, SMS threads, emails, and any notes attached to those touches.
Notes tab
Free-form internal notes. Useful for "told us they're buying in Austin", "wants to see photos before calls", or "only interested in off-market".
What the badges mean
- Vetted. You've confirmed they're a real, active buyer.
- Entity badges. LLC, trust, corporation, individual - useful for contract prep.
- Property count. How many properties across all connected entities.
