Using the listings calendar

The Kanban board shows where deals are in the pipeline. The calendar shows when things are happening - walkthroughs, closings, and due diligence reviews - across every active listing.

Switching views

From the Listings page, use the view toggle to switch between Board and Calendar. The calendar offers:

A mini calendar sidebar lets you jump to a specific date without scrolling.

Event type

Today the calendar manages a single event type:

Closings and due-diligence events live on the listing's Transaction tab for now and aren't surfaced on the calendar yet.

Attendees and roles

When you add people to an event, each attendee has a role:

Role matters because the later features (reminders, attendance tracking, and the post-event log) use it to filter who gets what.

Marking walkthrough attendance

After a walkthrough, mark each investor attendee as:

Attendance records flow into the investor's profile so your follow-up knows whether they actually showed.

Reminders

Most event types support automated reminders:

Walkthrough reminders are the most common and cut no-show rates significantly.

Google Calendar sync

Covent can sync your events to Google Calendar. From the calendar view, click Sync to Google in the calendar sidebar to open the connect dialog and sign in with Google. The dialog stays in the connected state once you're linked, with a Disconnect button if you ever want to unlink.

A full walkthrough workflow

  1. Create a Walkthrough event on the calendar tied to your listing.
  2. Add vetted investors from your Investors list as attendees with role Investor.
  3. Schedule an SMS reminder 60 minutes before start.
  4. On the day, mark each investor as Attended or No-show as they arrive or don't.
  5. Post-walkthrough, attendance is captured on each investor's profile for follow-up.
